Horsle starts with the answer visible: HORSE. The point is not discovering the word, but building a route that looks convincing enough to pass as a serious solve when shared.
That makes Horsle less about deduction and more about presentation. The format is familiar enough that most players understand the joke quickly once they see the board and the final shared result.
Horsedle keeps the answer hidden and plays the format straight. It is the repeat-play companion with one daily word, six tries, and saved browser stats.
Its role on the site is different from Horsle. Horsedle is intended for players who want a proper daily puzzle rhythm rather than a one-off reveal or a share joke.
The games use local browser storage for puzzle state, streaks, played counts, and guess distributions so progress can survive a refresh in the same browser.
