Privacy

Horsle.org is a lightweight browser game site. The core gameplay runs client-side, and most saved puzzle progress stays in your browser rather than in a user account.

Local storage

Horsle and Horsedle may store puzzle state, played counts, streaks, and guess distribution data in local browser storage. This allows refresh persistence and makes it possible to keep daily puzzle progress without requiring an account system.

This information is stored on the device and browser being used. If local storage is cleared, saved puzzle state and related browser-only stats may also be removed.

Site data

These pages do not require account creation to play. Standard hosting, analytics, or operational services may still process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, referrer data, and basic request logs in order to deliver and maintain the site.

This page is a plain-language overview rather than a custom legal policy for a large account-based service.
